We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free standard shipping available for domestic orders over $75. Expedited options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy on used decks?

For safety and quality reasons, we only accept returns on unused, unmounted items in their original packaging within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or skated.

Do you offer professional assembly for completes?

Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can select the 'Assemble as Complete' option at checkout for no additional charge.

How can I track my order?

Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey in real-time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Black Sheep Skate Shop ships worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
